Loods, Lux & Lumen are among the early adopters of digital cinema in Europe. From the first moment on, we have invested in the best equipment to meet the standards of DCI and SMPTE.

TOOLS

Our DVS Clipster is truly a serious D Cinema machine. It captures everything you can come up with into an image sequence. In the Clipster timeline everything comes together and up untill the moment we start encoding your movie you can continue working on it. Clipster can do realtime primary grading for all resolutions and it is an incredible scaler. Need your SD movie to shine in the cinemas? Hand your material to us for seamless upscaling and, if neccesary, deinterlacing. Encoding to D cinema is realtime so we stand for quickly outputting a Master DCP. Of course al your precious material is encrypted for security reasons and is only unlocked by the theatres you’ve selected.

FINAL CHECKS

Every film we encode is treated as if it was our own. Quality checks are performed throughout the entire pipeline; constantly checking colour, contrast, sound etc. However we can imagine you willing to check your movie before it hits the theatres. For this we are offering you our in-house full DCI compliant theatre. We are equipped with a GDC cinema server of the latest generation to ensure compatibility with cinemas across the country and the rest of the world.
